LIFETIME FREE SHARPENING WARRANTY
Your Chris Christensen Shear will be sharpened by Chris Christensen Systems' factory for free, as long as your shears are able to be sharpened.  You may send them to Chris Christensen, USA as many times as you want for sharpening.  Please be aware that there will be a nominal fee for shipping, handling and insurance. International shipping & handling will vary, please call Chris Christensen for pricing.



SHEAR WARRANTY INFORMATION AND REGISTRATION
Within 45 days of purchase, you must send in your warranty card to Chris Christensen.


EXCLUSIVE SHEAR WARRANTY
You have a lifetime pleasure in the possession of a Chris Christensen Shear.  Your shears are guaranteed as long as you can return them to Chris Christesnsen in their entirety.  That means even if they are in pieces.  Chris Christensen will replace or repair your shears within 72 business hours after receipt.  If they have to replace your shears for any reason, they will replace them with an identical pair or like pair or model, depending on your shears model's availability.  Please be aware that there will be a nominal fee for shipping, handling and insurance for each shear. International shipping & handling will vary, please call Chris Christensen for pricing.

As long as your shears are serviced only by Chris Christensen Systems Service Center; your warranty remains in force. Should anyone other than Chris Christensen Systems Service Center service your shears in anyway the warranty is null and void.  There are no exceptions to this condition.
